Airforce 1 boy ( poem )

He had brown eyes

And a mischievous smile

Sweet love

Why couldn’t you stay awhile

A silver chain hung from his neck

One look into his eyes

And I would never forget

How careless my heart was

When we met

Hand in hand , fingers locked

We strolled through the Carolinas

My heart heavy and unblocked

Open to it all

Willing to break down that wall

For you

Risking the fall

And it’s ok

It’s alright

To let your guard down for one night

My air force one boy

My sweet baby

One day you will miss me , maybe

You fed me ice cream, you played your game

Oh sweet baby boy

I fell for you all the same

like the others I was fair game

But unlike those other girls

I felt the shame

To love me unconditionally

You have to trust me

Whole heartedly

So baby boy don’t you see

It’s ok , it’s alright

To let your guard down for one night

My air force one boy

My sweet baby

One day you will miss me , maybe

Where are you tonight ?

Are you happy when you lay

Your head down at night ?

Take care , my sweet Air force boy

I would have done anything

For you

My one love , stay true

My heart was all in

I don’t think you really knew

So baby boy

It’s ok it’s alright

To let your guard down for one night

My Air Force one boy

My sweet baby

One day you will miss me , maybe

This poem written by me , will be featured in my new book that is currently being written “ The Serial Dater” . I have taken a small break from horror fiction and I am focusing on a fictional story with some true elements of my life and my quirky habits and dating life. It will be a more romantic / comedic book. Cant wait to share it with you as I give you a little glimpse of my life !
